How do I make it effortless for you?

First, I’m easygoing by nature. After years of photographing newborns, I’ve learned that patience is everything. Whether your little one is extra wiggly or needs a moment to fuss, there’s never any pressure. I always get what I need — gently and naturally.

We’ll start by connecting in a way that’s easiest for you—by phone or email—to chat about your newborn and family. During this time, we’ll go over all the important details: whether you’d like to include older siblings, pets, or special elements, along with your estimated delivery date and any questions you may have.
Once we’ve talked through everything, we’ll place a tentative newborn session date on the calendar based around your due date. Because babies arrive on their own schedule, I’m always flexible and happy to adjust if your session needs to be moved earlier or pushed back. My goal is to make the entire experience stress-free, relaxed, and tailored to your family.
Let’s chat through all the session details together. We’ll decide on the best location for your shoot—whether that’s the comfort of your home or one of several beautiful studio options in the area if your home isn’t well lit.
We’ll also go over outfit choices and color palettes that photograph best, so everything feels cohesive and timeless. To make the process easy and stress-free, you’ll receive a session prep guide with tips to help you feel confident and ensure the best possible outcome for your shoot.
On the day of your session, I’ll arrive with all of my gear and everything your baby will need for the shoot. I take a relaxed, baby-led approach, allowing the session to unfold naturally and without pressure.
If your baby needs extra cuddles or is feeling fussy, we’ll start with family photos and move at their pace. When siblings are included, we’ll photograph them at a time when they’re happiest and most comfortable. I’m always happy to shift direction as needed to keep the experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable for everyone.
After your session, you can expect to receive your images within three weeks or less. Your photos will be delivered through a private online gallery, where you’ll be able to download high-resolution, print-ready images to use wherever you’d like.
